NON PROFIT AFFILIATIONS_
Adventurebug believes that when thoughtfully executed, tourism greatly enhances opportunities in the developing world. For this reason, we play a large role in two dynamic non profit charity organizations:
RIFCOM_
In 2008, we co-founded the Rif Community Foundation (www.rifcom.org), with a dedicated team of volunteers from Gibraltar´s business community. Our foundation has gone on to provide educational facilities & support; infrastructure; employment and health improvements to the vulnerable communities in Morocco – Particularly in the Rif Mountain Region. Adventurebug also supplies life-enhancing fundraising expeditions to both Morocco and worldwide destinations to support Rifcom´s programs.
THE KINDRED PROJECT_
Adventurebug also sits on the Board of Trustees for the Kindred Project (https://www.sis.ac/community/the-kindred-project/), a student-led NGO based out of Sotogrande International School in Spain. This dynamic charity focuses on Education for All principals and has changed the lives of many with projects in Uganda (Nabugabo School), Morocco (Tiwizi Foundation, Asni), Ecuador and locally based charity activities in Spain.
