OVERVIEW

"This unique Walking and Site Seeing Adventure in both Europe and Africa is possible with Adventurebug.  Combine gentle day walks and cultural insights in both Andalucia’s southern parks and  Atlantic Coast with the rugged exoticness of Morocco’s Rift Mountain Berber villages. A hassle free week of sensational travel to two completely different worlds!"

DESCRIPTION:
Beginning with a  few days on Andalucia’s lovely Costa Del Luz – far from the busy tourist coasts, we introduce you to Europe’s most south westerly point’s lovely flora, fauna and unique Moorish Andaluz culture – including tasty sea food dishes, tapas, local wines and best of all, the celebration of life’s simpler things!

Adventurebug has been traveling to North Africa for 5 years. We know the Rift Mountains well and have experienced Berber Tribesmen as our fellow guides. This walking program is open to all levels of experience and interest and will definitely have an impact on your senses! From sun swept coastal walks to colorful medinas and Berber villages you will be amazed by both the similarities and contrasts of Spain's influential neighbors.

Travel between Andalucia and Morocco is now very rapid (45 min crossing by modern hydrofoil ferry), and only a short transfer to our mountain base of Chefchaouen – a traditional Berber town situated at the foot of the majestic Rift Mountain Range. In all the transfer time and ease of customs makes visiting Morocco a very pleasant experience.

Our local guiding team will be on hand to bring us through ancient medinas with spice markets, fabric stalls, carpet makers, craftspeople and more – without the pressure of having to purchase a thing! With our own transport and private guides we have complete autonomy and the freedom to make the most of our time in Morocco.

Morocco is a modern country with attitudes and customs very similar to its European neighbors. The people are friendly, sincere and open to all races, creeds and belief systems. At times Westerners can misinterpret their friendliness and we like to think of this trip as a bridge builder between very unique cultures.

If you want just a taste of Andalucia and the non-exploited side to Morocco, join us on this unique walking program and get stimulated!
