into the side of a rocky outcrop, the Hotel Arco de la Sierra offers
comfortable accommodation in an unique setting. High up above
the plain, the hotel has commanding views over the deep-red valley and
turquoise water of the reservoir, and just sitting on the terrace
watching the sunset over the mountains will be one of those magical
moments you remember for years after..
 Only
opened in 1998, the hotel has 16 spacious double rooms, all kitted out
with air conditioning, heating, TV and telephone. Most
importantly, each room has a stunning view over the surrounding valley
and reservoir, and in the evenings you may even see the local vulture
colony circling over head. The restaurant has a terrace, and the
kitchen serves superb local Andalucian dishes in large quantities,
with excellent service.
