Conservation of Nature

Running an Adventure Holiday Company depends heavily on the state of a region's natural resource base and ecology. Rather than contributing to the destruction, pollution and reckless development of our region's fragile ecosystems, we are instead committed to its conservation and protection.

How? By practicing what we preach, educating others and by being vocal in the communities. Not an easy task but certainly an important one. As professional educators and experienced Naturalists for the Canadian National Parks Service we hold the experience and skills required to improve our region's ecological state.

Current Local Issues We Are Involved In:
  • Proper management of human (personal and commercial) waste in the white villages
  • Education of school children regarding responsible behaviors in the surrounding environment
  • Encouraging villages to tidy up areas rich in plant and animal life and to reserve them from development - in fact, to encourage parks and education centers replace these eye-sores.

As a an Adventure Tourism group living and operating in Spain year round, we are dealing with the Government Departments and local people on a daily basis. They respect us for our desire to stay within the country and use their hotels, restaurants and services. We appreciate this relationship as it is highly effective. If you would like further information or wish to contribute to our causes in anyway please contact us
